At Future Degree Sphere, we strive to provide the best education counselling services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Counselling Service Fees

If you have paid a fee for our education counselling services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund request made within 7 days of payment, provided no counselling session has been conducted
  • Service was not delivered as described or promised
  • Duplicate payment was made by error

University Fees

Fees paid directly to partner universities are governed by the respective university's refund policy. Future Degree Sphere is not responsible for university fee refunds. Please contact the university directly for such queries.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees after a counselling session has been conducted
  • Application processing fees once the application has been submitted to the university
  • Document verification and processing charges
  • Services already rendered or partially delivered

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email your refund request to Info@futuredegree.co.in with subject line "Refund Request"
  • Step 2: Include your full name, phone number, payment details, and reason for refund
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  • Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service engagement at any time by contacting us. The refund amount will depend on the stage of service delivery:

  • Before counselling begins: Full refund of counselling fees
  • After initial counselling: 50% refund if no application has been submitted
  • After application submission: No refund on processing fees

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate your complaint by writing to our grievance officer at Info@futuredegree.co.in. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 15 business days.
